Please be advised that the following vehicles are not allowed on site
(1) twin axel caravans
(2) continental caravans ie vans with the door on the right hand side
(3) large motor homes with a length of more than 6 meters or twin axels
(4) no sign written vans or vehicles used for work related purposes
(5) vans used to sleep in but not converted to camper vans
(6) campervans or motor homes towing caravans
(7) only one car per pitch if 2nd car needed then MUST be declared before arrival
(8) all persons driving must obey 10mph speed limit on approach roads and on site
Failure to comply you will be asked to leave
A non refundable deposit of 15% is required to secure a booking. Transferable deposits may be raised solely at management discretion. No transfer or refund of deposit within 10 days of arrival date.
Bookings can be made online or over the phone any enquiries can be done by email or telephone.
A particular pitch can be requested and we will try to accommodate you but we reserve the right to allocate pitch on arrival due to increased business demands.
Payment can be made by card payments through our online booking system.
Full payment for your stay is due 28 days before your arrival.
If Bookings are made online within 28 days of your holiday, full payment will be taken at time of booking.
In the event of a refund we reserve the right to make a charge no greater than the bank charges incurred.
Refunds only given at management discretion.
Minimum bookings apply for bank holidays, Easter is 4 nights, other bank holidays are 3 nights, at all other times a 2 night minimum stay is applicable.
Arrivals are from 1pm to 6pm.
Departure is by 11am latest.
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserve the right to cancel your booking and relet your pitch.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
We strongly recommend taking holiday cancellation insurance.
On arrival you must ring the bell at front gate and wait for management before entering park.
Pitches will be allocated on arrival.
You must follow management directives when pitching tents or caravans and related equipment.
No generators are allowed to be used on site.
No pup tents are to be erected next to caravans. No extensions to awnings will be allowed, standard fitting awnings only.
Only standard caravan electrical equipment may be used from our supply of electricity. Domestic household equipment must not be used.
Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off of the ground and attended at all times, please ask management for blocks to place instant barbecues on.
Open fire and pit fires are not allowed under any circumstances.
Fire arms are not permitted.
Only 2 persons per pitch are allowed to visit they must be made aware of the terms and conditions regarding the speed limits
Visitors must be 21 or over
Management must be made aware of the attending visitors before there arrival so any vehicles they arrive in can be allocated a parking area
Visitors may not arrive before 12noon and must depart by 8pm
Tents must stay within the pitch limits as indicated by management and not expand there pitch with the use of windbreaks, if unsure please ask
No gas cookers are to be used inside the confines of your tent
Dogs are prohibited from entering main facilities and amenities.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Dogs must not be left unattended in caravans or tents or cars.
Dogs must be prevented from fouling the camping area (where tents are pitched).
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the dangerous dogs act.
A charge of £0.50p applies to use of the shower.
Motorcycles can be brought instead of a car included.
Bookings must not be for more than 14 consecutive nights.
Discount and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings.
In the event of complaint, please speak to a member of staff as soon as possible so they can be dealt with immediately, complaints cannot be dealt with after your departure.
Quiet hours must be respected between 10.30pm and 7.30am
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The management reserve the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be given.
Only breathable ground sheets may be used
Groups bookings of more than 2 people are not permitted - bookings are for 2 persons per pitch maximum
No hen/stag parties permitted
